The manufacturer guarantees its products to be free of defects and the extent of its liability is limited to the purchase price of the materials only. Incorrect application or other factors beyond the control of the manufacturer or its dealers may produce unsatisfactory results and cannot be held to be the manufacturer's or its dealer's responsibility. There are no other guarantees either expressed or implied. This warranty does not include labor for the re-application of Seal-Once. New Image Coatings, LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of this warranty and fitness for use.
