| TSuccess Story: Historical Maryland Brick Home Had Mold Issues |

Wheatlands: Birthplace of General Perry Benson,
Brick Home, circa 1750
Easton Maryland

“ A number of years ago my husband and I purchased a Circa 1750 brick home which was the birthplace of General Perry Benson in Easton, Maryland. It wasn’t long after moving in we discovered a mold and mildew problem, in the closets and on various walls throughout the home, along with peeling paint. After doing some research my husband discovered a new product called Seal-Once. Seal-Once is an eco-friendly, waterbased, solvent free, green spec listed waterproofer for masonry and wood. We hired an architect to help us with our situation. My husband forwarded the Seal-Once information to the architect to get his expert opinion on the product. After a having conversation with the manufacturer the architect gave his approval.
Seal-Once was spray applied in two coats to the exterior of our home. We were delighted when we discovered that the product is so safe we did not have to cover our mature plantings, grass, windows and metal flashing. It was easy to apply and very effective. Seal-Once has been on our home for 3 years and we have not had any mold or mildew issues whatsoever. Seal-Once has stopped rain and moisture from penetrating the brick and mortar. We highly recommend Seal-Once and we are looking forward to enjoying its durability and longevity. Thank you for such an innovative breakthrough in waterproofing.”
Sincerely,
Alice & Bruce Rogers | Easton, Maryland
