“ A number of years ago my husband and I purchased a Circa 1750 brick home which was the birthplace of General Perry Benson in Easton, Maryland. It wasn’t long after moving in we discovered a mold and mildew problem, in the closets and on various walls throughout the home, along with peeling paint.
