Seal-Once Announces New Facility in Auckland, New Zealand
Manchester, N.H. January 30, 2007 New Image Coatings, LLC, a manufacturer of a variety of non- toxic, eco-friendly, waterproofers for both wood and concrete, announced today that it has opened a new marketing, sales and manufacturing location in Auckland, New Zealand. Henry R. Croteau, President of New Image Coatings introduced Mr. Peter Ward as President of New Zealand Operations. “An earnest drive to preserve the beauty of New Zealand by maintaining green standards was a perfect fit for Mr. Ward and the Seal-Once product line.”
Twenty plus years ago environmental awareness and social responsibility issues were thought of as marginal but thankfully they have become a part of the decision making process for most New Zealanders. With government support, New Zealand wants to be a world leader in environmental protection and sustainability.
“The pristine New Zealand environment is a perfect market for Seal-Once in assisting to preserve this country’s clean green reputation,” stated Mr. Ward who along with a commercial business partner will run the operations in Auckland.
Also given the fact that the environment has intense UV light, high humidity, regular rain and extreme temperatures, these factors are ideal for moss, mold and mildew. The Seal-Once product line works extremely well under these conditions while most other products used today just don’t do the job.
To contact the New Zealand operations, the phone is 021-759-641, fax 09-478-0527 or email peter@seal-once.co.NZ or www.seal-once.com.

MILLYARD FIRM ON FAST FORWARD
New Image’s deck products gain, offering sales from NH to Hawaii.
A 2-YEAR-OLD Millyard-based startup that bucks the trend for deck treatments and wood or concrete waterproofing products said it will soon have its Seal-Once waterproofers available at the Agway chain of lawn and garden stores.
It’s a deal with huge potential 550 stores in New England and the mid-Atlantic states for New Image Coatings LLC, which had already enjoyed considerable growth over the past year.
Major-brand competitors have one thing in common strict toxicity warnings and environmental concerns printed on their labels. New Image’s products are non-toxic, and the company says it is now working on marketing Seal-Once, which is also far more durable than similar products, as a premium product in a largely commodified industry. Waterproofer makers feel they’re on to something big. Eco-friendly product: Seal-Once penetrates wood and masonry and is touted as not being harmful to plants, pets or fish.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, long lasting and cost effective, Seal-Once is going to transform the market for wood and concrete waterproofers, according to Henry R. “Hank” Croteau, president of New Image Coatings in Manchester.
“This is not a coating, or a sealer, this is a true waterproofer, and it penetrates,” Croteau said in a recent interview. “Technically, you could build a house and put this on all your cedar shakes or all your clapboards and then paint or stain on top of that,” Croteau said. Read Full Article
