SEAL-ONCE CLEAR is a water-based, non-toxic, zero VOC, UV stable, eco-friendly, deep penetrating waterproof sealer. Seal-Once contains no solvents or harmful chemicals and does not have any health and safety hazards associated with current products. USES
Seal-Once waterproofs most vertical or horizontal exterior and interior above grade surfaces, including: concrete, masonry, porous masonry, block, stucco, granite (unpolished) adobe, precast or cast in place, clay brick, mortars, pavers, limestone, sandstone, terra cotta, exposed aggregate products, and many others.

PACKAGING
Available in 1-, 5-, and 55-gallon containers
Options: Diluted with water ready-to-use straight from container or as Industrial Multi Surface Concentrate formula. Mix 1 part concentrate to 1 part clean water.

| SURFACE PREPARATION |

Seal-Once is designed to be applied over untreated concrete/masonry surfaces.
|

Smooth horizontal concrete may need to be etched for penetration. Test area with water; if penetration occurs apply Seal-Once.
|

Surfaces must be sound and clean. Seal-Once will not fill voids or bridge cracks. Repair all defective concrete/masonry to structurally sound surfaces. Caulk all expansion joints, flash roofing and control joints as required.
|

Seal-Once can be applied within an hour of repair.
|
| • |
Clean all dirt, dust, oil, grease, mold and mildew, efflorescence, curing compounds, form release agents, paint and any other materials that may affect penetration.
|

Power washing with our New Image Coatings Concrete/Masonry Cleaner will ensure proper surface preparation. After cleaning oil and grease spots, sprinkle a little water on the cleaned surface to check for contamination. If the water is quickly absorbed the surface is clean. If the water beads, oil and grease are still present. Efflorescence must be washed off with our Re-New Concrete.

APPLICATION

Vertical Surfaces |

Apply one even coat from the bottom up with a garden sprayer, brush, air assisted and or airless sprayer. Use medium spray fan pattern.

Apply second coat as soon as first coat has penetrated the surface (wet on damp -- not wet on wet). Do not use a roller.
|

Do not use if air or surface temperature is below 35°F/1.67°C. |
| • |
Do not apply in rain or when rain is imminent. |
| • |
For best results, apply in the evening, out of direct sunlight, and at cooler temperatures.
|
| • |
When applying in direct sunlight and over hot surfaces, spray with a mist of water then apply Seal-Once immediately on dampened surface.
|

Do not use with other waterproofing products.
|
|
An additional third coat may be needed on very porous surfaces.
|

Overspray: Clean windows when Seal-Once is still wet.
|
|
Horizontal Surfaces |
| • |
Apply with garden sprayer, brush, air assisted and or airless sprayer. Use medium spray pattern.
|

Apply second coat as soon as first coat penetrates the surface.
|
| • |
Avoid puddling or ponding; brush puddles to evenly coat surface until the Seal-Once thoroughly penetrates.
|

Drying time: one hour after application.
|
CLEAN UP/COVERAGE
|
| • |
Thoroughly rinse spray equipment with soap and water. Clean brushes with soap and water.
|
| • |
Approximate coverage: 200-300 square feet per gallon with one coat. Minimum 2 coats required. Actual coverage will vary due to porosity of surface.

| TRANSPORT AND STORAGE |

Seal-Once is not considered hazardous under department of transportation regulations. Keep from freezing. Unused seal-once can be stored above freezing indefinitely. Keep lid tight.
